Water's Edge is a church for the whole community regardless of background or denomination. We have a few affiliations that help us achieve greater work than any one church could do alone. We voluntarily associate and even financially support many of these local, state and national affiliations.
Water's Edge is a part of the Southern Baptist Convention of Churches, bringing a unique opportunity to share with connected SBC churches in God's mission. Each SBC church is autonomous and simply connects for the prospect of greater impact in God's mission. We partner with churches around the world that share a similar passion to introduce Jesus Christ to every person on the planet. Our collective efforts bring an ability to join 40,000+ churches to support over 10,000 missionaries around the world.
San Felipe Baptist Association exists to assist, encourage and resource churches to fulfill the Great Commission and the two Great Commandments. Locally more than 65 churches connect to strengthen churches, develop leaders, plant new churches, and network for missions connections through the STARS Network

Our Mission: Unifying the Church to consistently demonstrate and communicate the gospel of Jesus Christ to every man, woman, and child in our given geography.
Our Strategy: Our strategy aims to collectively engage the whole church in order to bring the whole gospel to the whole community. The engagement strategy is built around Praying, Owning, and Caring
Our mission is to strengthen under-resourced communities through spiritual growth, education, revitalization, and basic needs. We are a global organization that serves locally, adopting pockets of poverty and launching what we call "Friends Initiatives".
WECC partners closely with Friends of North Rosenberg, a local rebuilding neighborhood, giving our church a way to impact real needs in relational and ongoing ways.
Houston Church Planting Network strengthens church planters to multiply churches that reach every man, woman and child in the greater Houston area as a network of networks.
The Mission of Fort Bend Family Promise is to meet the immediate needs of homeless families in Fort Bend County while empowering them to attain self-sufficiency. They work with collaborating churches that host families for one week providing support in an evening meal and a place safe to sleep. Care is provided through intensive case management, transportation aid, and link to a greater amount of services to move them back to self-sufficiency.
Together with partners, Caribbean Connect is making disciples, facilitating the starting of multiplying churches, and equipping Caribbean people to take the Gospel to their home and around the world.
Work is also helping to forge partnerships through helping cultural needs that show God's love. Opportunities have formed in local schools teaching Wise Choices in multiple campuses, and the launch of an approved Ministry of Education Inclusive Classroom Pilot Program that is training teachers for skills in increasing the educational value received by children with special needs in Antigua.
